DJ is a thought leader in the business coaching field, as a founding member of the International Coaching Federation and one of the first 25 coaches in the world to earn a Master Certified Coach designation. She was the 6th President of ICF Global where she developed the template and committees to shape chapter development throughout the world. DJ is also the CEO of Pyramid Resource Group, Inc a 25 year-old award winning coaching company, and founder of Pyramid’s Leadership and Healthcare Coaching Institute.
